The personal data I may collect and store is used primarily to allow me to deliver my coaching services to you. In addition, I may collect, use, and process your information based on the following bases:
Performance of a Contract: I may use and process your personal data to enter into a contract with you and to perform my contractual obligations to you. This will include activities such as onboarding you as a new client, managing payments, collecting and recovering money owed to me and notifying you about changes to my Terms or Privacy Policy. Without this data, I may not be able to perform the contract we have.
Legitimate Business Interests: I may use and process your personal data for my legitimate business interests (or those of a third party), such as to recover debts due to me, keep my records updated and to improve my services, website and social media engagement. I may also use your personal data to provide you with the information that you have requested.
Consent: Generally, I do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data. However, I may use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, such as for direct marketing communications, based on your consent to my use and sharing of that data. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing messages sent to you or by contacting me.
Legal Obligation: I may also use and process your personal data as required for me to comply with a legal obligation.
I will only use your personal data for the purposes for which I originally collected it, unless I reasonably consider that I need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If I need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, I will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows me to do so.
Please note that I may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.
I may need to share your personal data with third parties in certain situations. In particular, I may share your data with third-party processors who assist me with various tasks, including administration and security of my website, payment processing, hosting services, entering into contracts with you and communicating with you. The legal basis for my disclosure of your data is both your consent to this Privacy Policy and my own right to protect and promote my legitimate business interests.
I may also need to share your personal data with another party as is required by law and for any regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements that I may have.
I will not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

I do not control these third-party websites and am not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave my website, I encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
I generally do not transfer your personal data outside the UK. In the event that I do, I will ensure that the appropriate contractual clauses are in place with relevant service providers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
I have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
I will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
